Getting help

Are you available at night and on weekends?

Yes. We answer and dispatch 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Call (425) 279-7097 and tell us what happened.

How quickly can your crew arrive?

Within our core service area crews typically arrive in about 45 minutes. Exact timing depends on your location, traffic and crew availability; we’ll confirm an arrival window on the call.

Do you serve my area?

We serve Greater Seattle and the South Sound, including Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Everett, Kent, Renton and the surrounding communities across King, Snohomish and Pierce Counties. Give us your address and we’ll confirm.

What should I do while I wait for you?

If it’s safe: shut off the water source or main valve, turn off power to flooded areas at the breaker, move valuables and electronics out of wet areas, and avoid walking through sewage. Don’t run fans over sewage or mold. We’ll guide you by phone.

What information do you need when I call?

Your name, phone number, address and a short description of what happened. Photos, when the damage started and your insurance carrier are helpful but not required.

I don’t know where the water is coming from. Can you still help?

Yes. Describe what you see — wet floors, stains, odors, mold — and we’ll locate the source and the full extent of the moisture during the assessment.

Restoration & repairs

What kinds of damage do you handle?

Water, flood, sewage, fire, smoke, mold and storm damage, plus specialty cleaning, repairs, reconstruction, pack-out and commercial restoration.

Will the same team handle cleanup and repairs?

Yes. One company and one point of contact from extraction and drying through drywall, flooring, cabinets, framing and paint.

Can you handle major reconstruction?

Yes, including rebuilding a structure from the framing up when necessary. We provide a written scope, schedule and project lead.

How long does drying take?

Typically 3–5 days for residential losses, depending on how much water, which materials and how far it traveled. We take moisture readings at every visit and stop only when targets are met.

Do you check behind walls and under floors?

Yes. Moisture meters and thermal imaging show where water traveled so we dry — or open — only what’s needed, and nothing wet gets sealed up.

Does mold remediation include fixing the moisture problem?

Always. Removing growth without correcting the water source means it comes back. Our scope includes finding and addressing the cause.

How will I know what’s happening during the project?

You get a clear plan up front, regular updates, moisture readings explained in plain language, and a heads-up before any change in scope.

Estimates & insurance

Is the assessment really free?

Yes. On-site visits, assessments, estimates and consultations are free with no obligation. Restoration work is priced separately and reviewed with you before we start.

How do you price restoration work?

By the extent of the damage, the materials affected, the drying and cleaning required, and any repairs or reconstruction. If we find something unexpected once walls are open, we talk to you before proceeding.

Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes, with all major carriers. Share your carrier and claim number and we’ll coordinate directly with your adjuster.

What documentation do you provide for a claim?

Photos, moisture logs, a detailed scope and estimate in the format adjusters expect, material inventories, and communication with your insurance representative when appropriate.

Will insurance cover everything?

Coverage is determined by your insurer under your policy, including your deductible and limits. We don’t guarantee coverage or a zero out-of-pocket cost, but we do make sure your claim is thoroughly documented.
