Use of this site

This website is provided for informational purposes and to let you request services from Quality Restoration NW LLC (“we”, “us”). By using it you agree to these terms. You may not misuse the site, submit false requests or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Estimates and services

On-site assessments, consultations and estimates are free and carry no obligation. We assist with documentation and communicate with insurers as a courtesy. Coverage, deductibles and payment decisions are made solely by your insurance company under your policy. We do not guarantee coverage or any particular claim outcome, and you remain responsible for amounts not paid by your insurer.

Emergencies

If anyone is in danger, call 911 first. Guidance offered on this site or by phone (such as shutting off water or power) is provided to help limit damage; follow it only when it is safe to do so.
