Signs you need help now
Call right away if you notice any of these — the sooner we start, the less there is to repair.
- Visible growth on walls, ceilings or window sills
- Musty odor, especially in bathrooms, basements or closets
- Past leaks or flooding that were never professionally dried
- Peeling paint or bubbling drywall
- Allergy-like symptoms that improve when you leave home
- Condensation on windows and cold exterior walls
Why it can’t wait: Mold spreads along moisture, not just where you see it. Delayed remediation means larger containment areas, more material removed and higher cost.

How we handle it, step by step
Every job is documented with photos and readings — useful for you and for your insurance claim.
Inspect and find the moisture
We locate the growth and, more importantly, the water source feeding it — leaks, condensation, crawl space humidity or drainage.
Contain
Plastic containment and HEPA negative-air machines keep spores from spreading to the rest of the home.
Remove and clean
Affected drywall, insulation and finishes are removed and bagged; structural surfaces are HEPA-vacuumed and treated with antimicrobials.
Dry and correct
The area is dried to target and the moisture problem fixed so growth doesn’t return.
Rebuild
New materials installed and finished to match the surrounding space.

Our own trained crewWhat customers say
Real reviews from homeowners and property managers we’ve helped.
- Mold removal
“I got three bids for mold removal. Two were high by a factor of three or 4 to Quality’s bid. I was very cautious thinking I’d get low quality work. I got great quality work done quickly. Quality did everything the other guys were planning in one day. It was a great experience, as much as mold removal can be.”
Google reviewVerified customer - Toilet leak
“I had a toilet leak and these guys were here within the hour! They got all work completed and dealt with my insurance company so I had absolutely no stress or headache dealing with paperwork or photos. Would highly recommend these guys in your time of need!”
Google reviewVerified customer - Structural drying
“Quality restoration was incredible. They arrived fast, set up dryers/dehumidifiers right away, and kept me updated with moisture readings until everything was dry. Professional, clean, and honest pricing. Highly recommend!”

Mold Remediation FAQ
Do I need a mold test?
Not always. If you can see mold, remediation is the next step. Independent testing is useful when you suspect hidden growth or need clearance documentation; we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth the cost.
Is mold removal covered by insurance?
Sometimes, when it results from a covered water loss. Mold from long-term neglect or humidity usually isn’t. We document the cause and coordinate with your adjuster.
Will it come back?
Not if the moisture source is corrected. That’s why our scope always includes finding and fixing the water problem, not just removing growth.
