Privacy policy

Information we collect

When you request an estimate or contact us through this site we collect what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), property address or city (optional), the type of damage and any details you provide. We also record the page you submitted from, the time of submission, your IP address and basic browser information, and — if you arrived from an advertisement — campaign identifiers such as UTM parameters or a Google click ID.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, schedule and perform restoration services, communicate about your project, document work for your insurance claim when you ask us to, and understand which advertising brings people to us. We may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, which set cookies to measure visits, calls and form submissions. These tools do not receive the contents of your estimate request. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our hosting and email delivery providers on Amazon Web Services), with your insurance company when you ask us to coordinate a claim, and when required by law.

Retention and security

Estimate requests are stored on encrypted infrastructure in the United States and retained as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
