Signs you need help now
Call right away if you notice any of these — the sooner we start, the less there is to repair.
- Standing water or soaked carpet, even after mopping
- Ceiling stains, sagging drywall or bubbling paint
- Warped, cupping or buckled hardwood floors
- A musty smell that appears after a leak
- Cabinets or baseboards that feel soft or swollen
- A water bill that jumped without explanation
Why it can’t wait: Drywall and subfloor start absorbing water within minutes; mold can begin colonizing wet materials in 24–48 hours. Starting extraction and drying on day one is the difference between replacing a few feet of baseboard and gutting a room.

How we handle it, step by step
Every job is documented with photos and readings — useful for you and for your insurance claim.
Stop the source
We help you shut off the supply or isolate the leak so no more water enters the structure.
Extract and remove
Truck-mounted and portable extractors pull water from carpet, pad, subfloor and hard surfaces.
Map the moisture
Moisture meters and thermal imaging show where water traveled inside walls, under floors and into crawl spaces.
Dry and monitor
Air movers and LGR dehumidifiers run until readings confirm dry-standard targets — we share the numbers with you.
Repair and rebuild
Drywall, insulation, flooring, trim and paint, restored by the same crew that did the cleanup.

Real reviews from homeowners and property managers we’ve helped.
- Water damage & bathroom rebuild
“I hired this contractor to repair water damage and remodel my half bath, and I am extremely happy with both the process and the final result. The project involved structural repairs due to a long-term hidden water leak, including replacing damaged framing and rebuilding portions of the bathroom. The quality of the framing work was excellent, and I felt confident that the repairs were done correctly and built to last. The finished bathroom looks beautiful, and I would gladly hire them again for future projects.”
Google reviewVerified customer - Water leak & whole-house drying
“Nazar and Serhii did an excellent job! We had a water leak in our home, and they arrived within an hour. They quickly found the source of the problem, professionally dried the entire house, and handled everything efficiently from start to finish. Their work was organized, thorough, and high quality. Communication was great, and they made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend them to anyone needing water damage restoration or drying services.”
Google reviewVerified customer - Appliance leak & kitchen
“Great company to work with for water damage restoration. Our fridge water line leaked January first and they made the process as painless as they could. They told us what to expect from the process and the insurance company. Very happy with the finished kitchen.”

Water Damage Restoration FAQ
How fast can you get here?
We dispatch 24/7. Within our core service area crews typically arrive in about 45 minutes; we’ll confirm an arrival time when you call.
Can you save my hardwood floors?
Often, yes — if drying starts quickly. We use specialty floor-drying mats to pull moisture from hardwood before it cups permanently. We’ll tell you honestly what can be saved.
How long does drying take?
Most residential jobs dry in 3–5 days depending on materials, how far water traveled and the weather. We take moisture readings every visit and stop when the structure hits dry-standard targets, not before.
Will insurance cover this?
Sudden water damage (a burst pipe, an appliance failure) is commonly covered; long-term seepage often is not. We document everything and work directly with your adjuster, but coverage decisions belong to your insurer.
